During the monsoon, Shimla’s hills slip in and out of clouds, the valley veiled in a quiet, shifting rhythm. These daily walks become almost otherworldly. This series draws from those moments, using the Indian watercolour wash technique – layer upon translucent layer – to evoke that fleeting magic, where each trace holds the memory of the last, translating atmosphere into a soft, lingering presence.
