Shilpa Nayudu is an artist whose practice spans multiple mediums and is deeply rooted in exploring the human body and mind – their resilience, rhythms and their intelligence to connect us to one another and to the world around us. She finds meaning in the beauty of everyday and likes the pace of a slow life.

Educated in Contemporary Art at the Slade School of Fine Art, UCL and trained as a dentist at Govt. Dental College, Aurangabad and with service in the very secular Indian Armed Forces – Shilpa brings a uniquely layered perspective to her work. Her art carries a quiet but profound sense of admiration and gratitude, blending artistic inquiry with her medical understanding to honour the human form and the inner landscapes it holds.
